What this site does with data
Server logs. That is the whole list. There is no contact form, no cookies, no analytics, no embedded video, no fonts fetched from anyone else, and nothing that follows you off this domain. If you want to reach me you send an email, which means you decide what I get.
What is processed, and why
Why there is no cookie banner
Because there are no cookies to consent to. The site sets none, reads none, and stores nothing in your browser. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google, which is the usual reason a site like this would otherwise be sending your address to a third party before you have clicked anything. A test fails the build if any request leaves the origin.
Who else touches it
Hetzner Online GmbH hosts the server, in Germany, and therefore handles every request you make to it. That is the only processor under Art. 28. DNS is served by Cloudflare, which resolves the name and nothing else: it does not sit in front of the site, so no page you read passes through it. If you email me, that mail lands in a Microsoft mailbox, the same as any mail you send anyone.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and the right to complain to Datatilsynet. Email me and you will get an answer inside a month; realistically the same week, because there is very little to look through.
Objection, Art. 21. Server logs run on legitimate interest, so you can object to them specifically, on grounds relating to your situation. Say so and I will either stop or explain which compelling ground I think overrides it. This right is called out separately because Art. 21(4) requires it to be, and because a policy that buries it in a list of six is technically compliant and practically useless.
